After using ciMES    

After implementing and training alongside the ARES consultant team, CiMES system can assist in various work processes as follows: 

  • The CiMES system can seamlessly connect production data with Panasonic and Yamaha brand machinery. 

  • All data is interconnected, allowing real-time tracking of work order (WO) status and machine operations. 

  • Creates a complete product resume, enabling comprehensive backward tracking of production. 

  • Production data can help generate automatic online SPC analysis. 

  • Real-time monitoring of employee and machinery operations through the CiMES system. 

  • The CiMES system integrates data into the warehouse system by scanning production orders (WO) to create a Bill of Materials (BOM) as specified and displays details of the materials required for production. 

  • The CiMES system helps verify the accuracy between Part# and machinery or equipment. If the data does not match, the system will issue an immediate alert and prevent further production. Additionally, detailed production information at every stage is recorded in the Product Resume. 

  • Quality control of semi-finished goods (SFG) with various grades, in line with international standards, is ensured with production process documentation from the CiMES system, which can be confirmed by actual production data. 

  • The CiMES system allows for the configuration of maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment. Also issues immediate notifications when the scheduled time arrives. 

  • The CiMES system seamlessly integrates with the QC system.
