STL's major battery customers are HP and Dell, which are well-known and reputable brands all over the world. STL requires safe and standardized manufacturing. Therefore, ArgoMES was chosen in order to fully capture battery production insights in each cycle.

ArgoMES is responsible for receiving orders from the ERP to plan production (including checking the material in the warehouse to see if there is enough or not for this production), checking the material quality before going into production and distributed to the machines used in production. When the production is finished, the product can be inspected (QC) by knowing How much each station produces in each lot? What materials did you use? Which machine is not working at full capacity? Any non-standard products? etc. then send these data to the ERP system and other systems to continue with the organization's processes.

What does ARES help?

There was once an incident where a customer's battery exploded. The customer wants to claim all of his/her products, but luckily, STL has a record from the ArgoRMA system that the explosion-proof battery-powered LOT has only a handful, not all of the products that customer wants to claim (customers also have many other suppliers). Therefore, STL can claim products for customers according to the quantity produced in that LOT without any problem. In addition, the executives can now view " Production process " and " Quality check " in Real-Time because all systems can be connected thoroughly. The development of STL continues to grow. and has a significantly higher and more comprehensive security.
