Inventory Module

     Inventory management module responsible for receiving, storing and delivering inventory data efficiently by key-in or scanning information into Argo ERP system to be stored at the designated warehouses. Able to specify storage locations in detail, such as at the warehouse number, floor number, row number and etc., easy for searching and pick up from the warehouse.

Storage Management

• Record data verified before entering the warehouse (IQC)

 

Stock count / Transfer / Exchange

• Able to check remaining information for stock counting

• Import-Export data history

• Borrow-Return history between treasury

 

Preparation for shipping

• FIFO-inventory picking

• Alert when the inventory is lower than the specified average or when the delivery is delayed.

• Create a Delivery Notice (DO) document to synchronize with Purchase Order (PO), Sales Order (SO), or other relevant document.

 

Accounts and more

• Consolidation - purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, tax invoices, receipts, costs, and other related documents, etc.​

• Moving average cost or Monthly average cost calculation

• Check stock anytime from anywhere

• Interface basic data with other systems

• Connect to QRCode or Barcode system

• Create or customize basic document forms such as delivery orders, bills of lading, etc.

• Print documents or save them as PDF files directly from the system.
