ERP System Consultant

ARES International Thailand is seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting our clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing their ERP system. Your expertise will contribute to improving our clients' business processes and ensuring efficient utilization of their ERP software.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients' existing systems and processes.
Provide expert advice on ERP software selection and customization.
Design and implement ERP solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
Configure and test ERP modules, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration with other systems.
Provide training and support to end users on ERP functionality and best practices.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality or Thai residence is preferred.
Experience in ERP or Finance/accounting industry.
Bachelor degree in Computer science, Business Administration or finance management related field. (Accounting/Finance would be advantage)
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their modules (such as finance, supply chain, human resources, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Basic database and reporting tools concept is a plus.
Experience in Oracle form & report tool, PL, SQL programming, SAP, NAV…etc ERP product is an advantage.
Fluency in Thai, Either English or Chinese at intermediate level preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
